We’re thrilled to share the successful completion of a major plant expansion that’s set to boost cheese, whey, and water production capacity! It’s been an incredible journey working with multiple subcontractors and seeing this project come to life. The result? A state-of-the-art facility with expanded capabilities and improved efficiencies.
The Challenge
To tackle rising material and labor costs, we took a strategic approach: purchasing equipment and fabricating membrane systems two years ahead of installation. While storing the equipment offsite wasn’t the norm, it turned out to be a cost-effective solution during the market instability caused by COVID.
Of course, no project is without its hurdles. Coordinating efforts with multiple teams can be challenging, but thanks to an amazing group of contractors and collaborators, we were able to meet our goals on time, on budget, and with top-notch product specifications.
