Job Summary
The Automation Project Manager will conduct/coordinate automation duties on assigned projects within the organization. Maintain project schedules and harmonize efforts with project team. Assist sales team on potential future projects. Determine project scope and specification to achieve customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing sub-contract resource/cost, and ensure compliance with all project specific guidelines and schedule
- Develop relationships with customers, vendors, & contractors to meet project specifics

- Engineer & design electrical control panels per UL508A utilizing AutoCAD Electrical
- Contribute to the development of relevant working procedures, templates and standards
- Procure components to maintain project deadlines
- Assist with on-site IO testing, contractor management, customer training, and commissioning
- Participation and technical contribution to customer and sales meetings
- Manage overall cost on electrical/controls portion of the project
- Responsibility for electrical/controls portion of overall project success
Supervision Received
Automation Project Manager will work under the Automation Manager.
Working Relationships
Automation Project Manager will maintain good personal relationships with fellow workers, vendors, manufacturers and the general public. They will be expected to participate in meetings, seminars and training as required.
Requirements
Education and Training: To become an Automation Project Manager, you require a minimum of an associate’s degree in Electrical/Automation/Instrumentation Engineering or in related fields with 5+ year’s job experience.
Communication Skill: Automation Project Manager must have excellent communication skills which they utilize when managing control portion of projects and consulting with customers.
Critical Thinking: They require good logic and reasoning skills to be able to identify weaknesses and strengths of alternative solutions or approaches to problems. Automation Project Manager must be able to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

Job Summary
The Wastewater Field Service Technician provides technical and site service support to the Wastewater Solutions division of Complete Filtration Resources, Inc. The candidate will be provided with real world, on-the-job training including operating biological systems, membranes and lab equipment, onsite test protocols and troubleshooting methodology.
The focus of this role is to provide installation, commissioning, startup, training, and documentation for wastewater projects in the Food & Beverage Industry, typically supporting processes that produce cheese, butter, sour cream, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc. This position will be a key part of the Project Engineering team to develop complex wastewater treatment systems to meet the needs of our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Work independently including remote worksites in support of Project Engineers to provide necessary project development, process engineering, and project management.
- Demonstrate competency in a variety of projects, primarily for wastewater treatment and water reclamation in the Food & Beverage Industry including anaerobic digestion, activated sludge, aerobic and anaerobic membrane bioreactors, dissolved air flotation, biological and chemical nutrient reduction, sequencing batch reactor, water reuse, biogas energy recovery and sludge handling. Training provided for all areas.
- Startup and troubleshoot new/retrofit existing wastewater treatment plants to meet customer and environmental regulations.
- Ability to effectively interface with customers and team members including engineering documentation.
- Cooperate with the Project Manager to walk down the mechanical installation including pumps, piping and valves.
- Develop the commissioning plan and process control description, together with the operator training package.
- Collaborate with team members to write the function control documentation and verify control functionality via onsite testing.
- Assembly of specific vendor information to compile the project operation and maintenance manual.
- In charge of customer support including: phone calls, texts, remote control screen access, data analysis and onsite troubleshooting to assist the client’s operators.
- This role is not without limitations and the employee may be asked to assist with typical Project Engineer tasks during periods of limited site work such as: customer visits, presales data analysis, equipment quoting, etc.

Job Responsibilities
- Engineering duties are in support of and Senior Project Coordinator to provide necessary project development, design engineering, and project management support.
- Projects will be varied but primarily for wastewater treatment and water reclamation in the Food & Beverage Industry
